F.U.S.E. is seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced senior youth work practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Youth Worker you will
Develop and implement programs and activities that promote the healthy development of children and young people
Build relationships with children and young people and provide support, guidance, and encouragement
Facilitate group discussions and activities that promote social and emotional learning
Work with children and young people to identify and address any challenges or issues they may be facing
Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, social workers, and mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive support to children and young people
Lead staff, volunteers, and sessional workers ensuring that all are able to assess the needs of young people to correctly

F.U.S.E. offers volunteer opportunities to people aged 16 and over who are passionate about working with the next generation.
There are lots of ways to volunteer at F.U.S.E. we are looking for people to help in our kitchen, administrators, Trustee's and those who can offer time to engage and mentor our children and young people.
We will provide all volunteers with training, we pay travel and any other valid expenses incurred as a result of giving us your time.
