Our community Cook will be responsible for preparing meals and snacks for our members, as well as maintaining a clean and organised kitchen. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Sessional Youth Worker to join our team. As a sessional youth worker, you will be expected to guide and support young people in their personal and social development. Encouraging them to develop skills at youth club which can help them in society, skills which they can retain for a lifetime. While working for FUSE you will be working with children and young people aged 8 - 16 years across all sites
As a Junior Youth Leader, you will play an important role in supporting the activities and programs at our youth club. This position is ideal for students or young people who are looking for extra work and wish to gain valuable experience in youth leadership. This role is designed to accommodate young people who may be studying in sixth form or university. Or those who have not worked before and are interested in self development.
Position: 1 year commitment in aPart - Time role (12 hours per week)

At F.U.S.E. We are dedicated to supporting children and young people from diverse backgrounds living in housing estates. Our programmes span across Grahame Park, West Hendon and Stonegrove and provide after-school activities, mentoring, sports, family engagement and much more. Our mission is to build confidence, provide safe spaces and create unique opportunities for children and young people to thrive. The FUSE Festival, scheduled for 19 October 2024, will be a vibrant, fun-filled event tailored to engage 200 young people aged 13-20 years in Barnet. The festival will feature:Live performances from local artists, DJs, dance, poetry and more.Interactive activities such as games, sports, henna art, festival body art and t-shirt giveaways.Information stalls: providing young people with insights into local services, employment support and education opportunities. And Food and drink (non-alcoholic of course).
